This is a tribute for one of the best, no, actually the best manga I’ve read, Tenjho Tenge. (Tenjō Tenge, lit. “The Heaven and The Earth”).
The character is Maya Natsume. The pose is taken from the Maya figurine and her recreation in a manga page from the series.
